FAQ

Common questions about the platform, access, and how we work.

Is FluxonLab a product or an agency?

Both, deliberately. We are a venture studio: we build and ship our own products, and we take on client work delivered with the same discipline.

What can I actually use today?

Skillry (open source, live), Fluxie Prompt Engineer (the live half of Prompt Studio), the Blog, these Docs, and the services lane with its free demo request. FlowHub’s marketplace, supported imports, approved provider runtime, and Account purchase and billing are live and usable at initial launch; Canvas, Studio, and the full AI Assistant arrive later. Design Studio, Labs, Gondar, Nisaba and Obsermania are coming soon. See Status and access for what each label means.

Why are so many products labelled coming soon?

Because we label honestly. A coming-soon label here is an availability boundary, not a hype page: the product is real work in progress, and it opens only when its release gate passes. We would rather under-claim and over-deliver.

What is FluxCore, and do I need an account?

FluxCore is the shared foundation for the site-native surfaces: one account, membership plans, and source-bound FC credits recorded in a server-side ledger. You can read the public site, Blog and Docs without an account. Product use, request history, billing and the free demo form use a signed-in FluxonLab account so access and records stay bound to you. See FluxCore and the pricing page.

How do I get a demo of your client work?

Use the free demo request flow: a short guided form, a human review, then a tailored demo link. A free FluxonLab account is required to submit; the standard demo remains €0 and creates no purchase obligation.

Do the AI tools send my data to third parties?

Only where a provider is genuinely needed, and then the call runs server-side against protected keys. Local-first products keep data on your machine. We self-host fonts and avoid unnecessary third-party requests.

Which languages are supported?

The public site is available in English, German and Turkish. Direct collaboration is in English or Turkish. Written briefs, interfaces, documentation and deliverables can be localized for any target language and are reviewed before release.

Where are you based?

Vienna, Austria. We design for European data and privacy expectations from the start.
