How we work

From rough idea to running system.

Every engagement starts small enough to prove, then expands only when the operational path is clear.

  1. 01

    Map

We turn the goal, users, data, integrations and risk boundaries into a concrete system map.

  2. 02

    Prototype

We ship a click-ready slice: the workflow, interface or media pipeline that proves the direction.

  3. 03

    Guard

We add approval gates, evals, logs, data handling rules and fallback behavior before scale.

  4. 04

    Ship

We build the production surface, documentation, deployment path and handoff package.

  5. 05

    Run

We monitor, refine, regenerate, update and keep the system useful after launch.

Choose the system that matches the work in front of you.

The same patterns behind our product lab become practical client systems: scoped, guarded, documented, funding-aware and ready to run.

What we build

Ten service tracks, one accountable studio.

01 Digitalization & compliance Funding-aware digitalization projects and AI Act transparency systems — the two flagship tracks most engagements start with.
System 01 / 10 Digitalization projects, not brochure websites

Need

We do not sell “a website” as the main offer. We turn the website into one surface of a real digitalization project with CRM, booking, automation, monitoring, security, AI assistance, training and documentation.

What ships

  • CRM, booking, order, support and customer communication workflows
  • Automation, monitoring, reporting and security hardening
  • AI assistant layers for customers, staff or internal knowledge
  • Training, process documentation and evidence packs for applications

Built from

Grounded in our Vienna funding research and workflow-mapping engine. Funding approval is never guaranteed; we help make the project technically coherent and evidence-ready.

System 02 / 10 Article 50 transparency systems before 2 August 2026

Need

This is not an “AI bans are coming” offer. The strong opportunity is Article 50 transparency readiness: clear disclosures, labelling, registers, literacy records and human-review workflows around AI systems.

What ships

  • Chatbot and AI assistant disclosure before interaction
  • AI-generated content, deepfake and public-interest text labelling
  • AI literacy records, vendor/model register and usage inventory
  • Human review workflow, escalation paths and audit evidence

Built from

Grounded in our AI Act Article 50 research and Fluxie/assistant system tests. Readiness support is not legal advice or a compliance guarantee.

02 AI systems & automation Assistants, agents, guarded automation, custom operations engines and AI cost control — systems that act with context and leave an audit trail.
System 03 / 10 Assistants, agents and always-on knowledge systems

Need

Custom AI systems, personal assistants and 24/7 research agents that answer with context, take constrained actions and leave an audit trail.

What ships

  • RAG and searchable knowledge bases
  • Personal, team and 24/7 deep-research assistants
  • Agent workflows with human approval gates
  • Evals, guardrails, policy checks and trust ledgers

Built from

Patterns from Agentia, Yetkora, AI Plugin World, Prompt Studio and research-assistant workflows.

System 07 / 10 Custom web data, workflow and monitoring systems

Need

Purpose-built data collectors and browser workflows turn approved public web sources into structured datasets, recurring monitoring and controlled business operations — without removing human review.

What ships

  • Source-specific collectors for directories, listings, marketplaces and public information pages
  • Scheduled collection, change detection, deduplication, alerts and monitoring dashboards
  • Structured datasets and API feeds with schema validation, provenance and export pipelines
  • Browser workflows for research, lead enrichment, content operations and back-office tasks
  • Review-gated blog, web/social and publishing automation with dry-run controls

Built from

Built from Gondar opportunity discovery, Obsermania monitoring, Agentia outreach, the FluxonLab Blog editorial pipeline and our custom CRM, research and reporting systems.

System 10 / 10 Cut the cost of AI API calls without cutting quality

Need

We audit where your product spends money on model calls and rebuild the hot paths: right-sized models, caching, batching and deterministic substitutions — with budgets and alerts so costs stay capped.

What ships

  • Usage audit and per-feature cost baseline across providers and models
  • Model right-sizing, routing, caching and batching with quality checks
  • Deterministic and free-API substitution where an LLM call is not needed
  • Token budgets, rate guards, dashboards and alerts wired into the product

Built from

Run the way we run our own engines: token-budgeted pipelines, per-call metering and a credit ledger that accounts for every action — plus a curated catalog of 1,500+ free APIs for substitutions.

System 06 / 10 Custom operations engines and private control centers

Need

For teams whose work has outgrown scattered scripts and dashboards, we build one guarded system that coordinates queues, workflows, approvals, providers, files and execution across web and trusted local environments.

What ships

  • Job queues, schedules, bounded retries, worker health and provider-readiness checks
  • Versioned workflows, dry runs, human approvals and immutable execution history
  • Trusted local workers for private files, secret references, browser helpers and allowlisted tools
  • Synchronized web control centers and desktop companions without exposing local privileges to the browser
  • Structured logs, artifacts, budgets, rate guards and interruption-safe recovery

Built from

Built from patterns proven across our media, content, research, monitoring and release operations — fail-closed around secrets and external side effects.

03 Product, media & knowledge Launch surfaces, immersive 3D proof, media production engines and knowledge operations that keep shipping after launch.
System 04 / 10 Websites, platforms and launch surfaces

Need

Fast multilingual sites, product portals and app shells designed for maintenance after launch.

What ships

  • Astro, Next.js, React, WordPress and static deploys
  • Product pages, docs, landing systems, CRM surfaces and dashboards
  • SEO, AEO/GEO, GDPR-friendly fonts and structured data

Built from

The FluxonLab site, Docs, FlowHub, Labs and the product lab share this layer.

System 08 / 10 Prompt, scenario, video, voice and asset engines

Need

Production pipelines for website and campaign media where prompts, outputs and review decisions stay traceable.

What ships

  • Image, video, audio, caption and collage planning
  • Provider-aware prompt compression and quality gates
  • Archive manifests, reject reasons, retries and regeneration queues

Built from

Backed by the FluxonLab media engine, scenario engine and media prompt rules.

System 05 / 10 Gaussian splat, scan-to-web and 3D project tours

  • 3D project maps with hotspots, zones and product cards
  • QR-linked microsites, before/after proof and executive demos

Built from

Backed by UEBEX 3D project map, scan-to-web research and FluxonLab media workflows.

System 09 / 10 Docs, prompt archives and content operating systems

Need

Documentation and prompt systems that make internal knowledge reusable instead of scattered.

What ships

  • Docs architecture, product guides and searchable reference surfaces
  • Prompt Studio interviews, prompt archive and quality scoring
  • Multilingual content operations and source/provenance discipline

Built from

Built from the Docs, Prompt Studio, prompt-quality and platform research tracks.

Engagement models

Begin with a clear outcome. Expand when the evidence is ready.

Choose the engagement that matches the decision in front of you—diagnose, prepare, pilot, launch or operate. Scope, deliverables and limits stay explicit from the first conversation.

FAQ

How a project usually works.

Straight answers on scope, languages, guarantees and ownership. If your question is not here, it is a one-message conversation.

Ask us directly
Do you only build AI tools?

No. AI is one layer. We also build the product interface, workflow, data model, docs, automation and operating controls around it.

Can you work with an existing website or WordPress setup?

Yes. We can modernize a site, build a new static surface, create product pages, or add an approval-gated WordPress operations layer.

Can media generation be part of a business system?

Yes. We treat prompts, generated assets, voiceover, captions, review decisions and archives as a production workflow, not one-off creative experiments.

Which languages can we work in?

Live collaboration is available in English and Turkish. Written briefs, interfaces, documentation and deliverables can be localized for any target language and reviewed before release.

Do you guarantee funding approval or AI Act compliance?

No. We help scope the project, prepare technical evidence, design workflows and build transparency/readiness systems. Funding decisions and legal compliance opinions stay with the relevant authority or legal advisor.

Can you build personal or always-on research assistants?

Yes. We can build personal assistants, company assistants and 24/7 deep-research agents that watch sources, summarize changes, draft reports and keep a reviewable audit trail.

How fast can we start?

Most work starts with a sharp discovery sprint or fixed first milestone. That keeps cost, risk and expectations visible before a larger build.

What do you need from us?

A clear goal, access to relevant public materials or internal examples, and fast feedback on the first working slice. We shape the technical scope together.

How is pricing structured?

Fixed-scope packages — prescreen, sprint, discovery, pilot — are quoted up front. Ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer. You always see the scope, the price and what would change them before we start.

Who owns the result?

You do. Code, content, prompts and documentation are handed over — in your infrastructure and accounts wherever possible — and the handoff package is part of the scope, not an extra.

Have a system in mind?

Tell us what should exist, what currently breaks, and what a good first milestone would prove.
