When a withdrawal right applies
Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal period, commonly 14 days for distance contracts in the EU, subject to the applicable law, product classification and exceptions. The durable order confirmation states the seller, contract, product, date and applicable withdrawal information.
Nothing on this page reduces a longer or more favorable mandatory right.
Beginning service during the withdrawal period
If the customer wants paid performance to begin before the withdrawal period ends, checkout requests that instruction separately. Any legally required acknowledgement of the consequence for the withdrawal right is a second, separate action.
Terms acceptance, the immediate-performance request, the consequence acknowledgement and privacy choices are not bundled or preselected.
Online withdrawal function
Where required, FluxonLab provides a continuously available first step that asks only for the information needed to identify the customer and contract, followed by a distinct “Confirm withdrawal” action. Access is available without forcing an account when an equally easy identification route is required.
The online function supplements e-mail, the model form and any other valid method; it does not make those methods invalid.
Model withdrawal statement
To withdraw, send an unequivocal statement identifying the customer, the relevant order or contract, the service or product, the order date and a contact address for confirmation. A reason is not required.
The published page must provide the approved recipient identity, address and electronic contact from the legal-identity contract and a usable model form.
Confirmation and effects
FluxonLab records the time and content of the withdrawal request and sends a durable acknowledgement without undue delay. The record is linked to the order, policy version and exact withdrawal text.
Any payment return, credit revocation, reservation release, service cessation and proportional amount due for performance already supplied are determined under mandatory law and the approved product classification, not by a browser calculation.
